By accessing or using the AgroEdis platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the platform.
2. Description of service
AgroEdis provides a mobile-first, offline-capable farm management tool designed to help pig farms track daily routines, medication, animal records, pen status, and operational reports. The service is intended as a companion tool to existing farm management systems and is not a replacement for veterinary, legal, or financial advice.
3. User accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep that information up to date. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with or disrupt the platform, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system, or to upload harmful code or content. You may not use the service in any way that could harm animals, people, or data integrity.
5. Subscription and billing
Some features of AgroEdis require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance according to the plan you select. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice to active subscribers.
6. Data ownership and privacy
You retain ownership of all operational data you enter into the platform. AgroEdis processes and stores this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data. You may request export or deletion of your data by contacting us at agroedis7@gmail.com.
7. Limitation of liability
AgroEdis is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to livestock loss, medication errors, or business interruption. Always rely on qualified professionals for critical farm, veterinary, and legal decisions.
8. Modifications to terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes through the platform or by email where possible.
